Rename heroku app name

サイトのドメインを変えたのでheroku appの名前も変更してみる。

apps:renameで変更できるらしい。

$ heroku apps:rename --app redash-ponpokopon-me redash-lorentzca-me
Renaming redash-ponpokopon-me to redash-lorentzca-me... done

 ▸    Don't forget to update git remotes for all other local checkouts of the app.
